After spending 4 years struggling to write my ECSA reports for professional registration, I almost gave up. As a Candidate Engineer, I had attended many presentations and even a courses about ECSA and registration in general. However, I was still clueless about where to start regarding the content of the reports as well the expectations of ECSA. I was not sure that the work I have performed was complex enough to get me registered and I thought I needed at least 4 years of experience (even though ECSA says a minimum of 3 years, most people recommend 4 years). The Candidate Fast Track System made things easier & clearer for me as it provided a systematic way of compiling complete and complying TER's & Engineering reports.
